Your books
Everything you record: amounts, dates, vendors, descriptions, groups, the currency each book is kept in, and any notes you add.This is the data the product exists to hold, and it is yours. It is not
sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to train anything. It is
scoped to your account at the database level rather than by application code
remembering to filter it.
Documents you upload
Receipts, invoices and statements you upload for parsing, and the extracted fields awaiting your confirmation.Billing

No IP address
Analytics runs with IP storage disabled.
No session recording
Screen recording and replay are switched off.
Counts, not content
An event records that a group was created and its colour, never its name.
What we never collect
- Bank credentials. There is no facility to enter them.
- Bank account access. No aggregator, no read connection, no exceptions.
- Card numbers. They go to Polar, not to us.
- Your contacts. Nothing reads an address book.
- Location. Beyond the country your bank or payment provider reports at checkout, for tax purposes.
