myClerkBook is a private income and expense platform. You record what came in, what went out and what is coming, and you keep it in a book that belongs to you. It has no connection to your bank, and no facility to gain one. Every other product in this category routes your credentials through a data aggregator that monetises your transaction history. myClerkBook does not have that door, so there is nothing to leave open.

Quickstart

Create an account, name your first book, and record an entry.

Keeping your book

Your ledger

Create a book, record income and expenses, and edit any entry in place.

Groups

Sort what you have recorded into groups within a book, and see the total each one carries.

Recurring entries

Mark an entry as weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly and it is written for you on the day it is due.

Your position

Net for the period you choose, income and expenses beside it, and what has moved since the period before.

What is coming

The roadmap is where the order lives, and it is the one place that carries timing.

What it is not

myClerkBook is a record-keeping tool, and the boundaries are worth stating plainly rather than discovering later.
  • It is not accounting, tax, financial or legal advice.
  • It is not a payment service provider or a money transmitter. It cannot hold or move money.
  • It is not double-entry accounting software, and it does not produce statutory financial statements.
  • It does not file anything with a revenue authority on your behalf.
