Changing plan
1
Open billing
Account menu → Billing, or go straight to
/app/settings/billing.
2
Pick monthly or yearly
The toggle above the plans changes which price you are choosing.
3
Choose the plan
A summary appears first, showing the plan, the full price and the renewal
cadence.
4
Review, then confirm
Payment fields open only after you have seen that summary and chosen to
continue. You can leave at that point without being charged.
The review step is deliberate. You are shown exactly what is being bought and
at what total price before any payment details are asked for, and the exit is
available at every stage until payment is confirmed.
Monthly to yearly, and back
Switching between monthly and yearly is a change of product rather than a setting, because the billing interval is fixed on the product itself. In practice that means you choose the yearly price the same way you chose the monthly one, from the same plan card, with the toggle set to yearly. When the change takes effect
Upgrades
Immediate. The new limits apply as soon as the payment is processed and
your account is updated.
Downgrades and cancellations
At the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep what you paid
for until then.
The Agent add-on
The Agent is added and removed independently of your plan. Adding it does not change your plan, and changing your plan does not remove it.If a payment fails
Your billing page always states the plan you currently hold. A failed payment never leaves that ambiguous. If a charge does not go through, the page says what plan you are on and what happened, rather than showing a plan you may not have.Next: managing your subscription
