Premium includes a 7-day free trial. Basic has no trial because it is the entry plan, and every plan change is made on your billing page.

When it ends

Your trial end date is shown on your billing page for as long as one is running. It is a date, not a countdown you have to keep track of.

During the trial

Your plan reads Premium and every Premium limit applies.

At the end of the trial

The subscription continues on Premium unless you have canceled.

If you cancel during the trial

You keep Premium until the trial’s last day. After that the account returns to the plan chooser until a plan is chosen again. Canceling is not the same as ending access immediately.

What happens to your data if you change plan

Nothing is deleted. Changing plan changes what you can add, never what you already have.
Basic allows one book. If you created several on Premium and then change to Basic, the extra books remain and remain readable. You will not be able to add new ones until you are back within the limit. The same applies to groups and to transactions: the limits govern new entries, not existing records.
Your records are portable on both plans, so they stay yours regardless of which plan you end on. See Exporting your data.
