What arrives, and when
On every charge
A receipt by email, at the address on your account.
On every renewal
The same, each time the subscription renews.
Getting a copy
If a receipt has not arrived, check the address on your account first, receipts go to the email address Polar holds for you, which is the one used at checkout. If it is still missing, email us with the date and approximate amount and we will arrange a copy. What a receipt is not
A myClerkBook receipt records what you paid us. It is not part of your books and is not imported into them automatically. If you want your subscription recorded as a business expense, enter it like any other expense. This is the same boundary the whole product keeps: myClerkBook records what
you tell it to record. It does not reach into an account, including its own
billing, to write entries you did not ask for.
VAT and tax
Polar acts as merchant of record and handles transaction taxes where they apply, based on the country you provide at checkout. Where tax applies, it appears on the receipt.Back to plans compared
Every limit on both plans, side by side.
